I'm not dead and other things
Hey y'all,
I'm not dead :3 been very busy with stuff (like Erasmus and moving and finding a job and such), so I didn't have much time to draw, and when I did I only had time to post to one site, my instagram (because my phone was in reach a lot more than my laptop) but nowhere else. I aim to change that but can't promise anything, so if you wanna see my doodlings and unnecessary story spams, head over to insta :)
With that being said, I have some news. I started a comic a few months ago (then went on a hiatus after like a month or so because it be like that, but we don't talk about that), and I'm very happy to announce that The Cult of Nyankotep is happening! It'll hopefully be happening after January with actual updates! over the next few days I wanna post some related artwork here, which I will collect in this folder and will post some Christmas stuff on, well, Christmas, so be on the lookout for that ;)
(the folder will have very early concepts of Karcsi and co. so yea, come laught with me at old art)
another thing that happened is that I made steps towards an artist career. I made a patreon page, and updated my comission info with new pictures and stuff, so if you would consider supporting me, I'd be eternally grateful <3 (I also have a ko-fi page if you have a dollar to spare but don't want to commit to patreon/don't have money for comissions, I offer small doodles for your support)

so I kinda sorta disappeared from here for like half a year, but now that 2016 is over, I decided to just try and be more active around here too

InkyDoc is a mashup of two of my favourite things, drawing with ink (and getting said ink on my hands, legs, face, sometimes others) and Doctor Who.

right-handed, but always wanted to (and actually tried several times) learn using my left hand
What was your first deviation?
this one appearently... I was really scared of the history final exam, turns out I had every reason to be... also I had no idea how to anatomy... (still have no idea, but at least I have a vague conception - keyword being vague)
What is your favourite type of art to create?
I love drawing little chibies in every media, be it digital art, simple sketches or watercolour paintings (I can't really choose, I guess digital art would be my favourite since I don't have a scanner... nooo, I can't choose
)If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
realistic digital painting or very cartoony characters with lot's of expressions...
or writing. I can't describe with words how much of a struggle it is for me that I have settings, characters and ideas and then I can't do anything about them...

things with a good concept that speaks to me, a lot of manga and anime style-drawings, cartoony things, fanart, everything Legend of Zelda

I can't choose from all the marvellous and awesome people I watch

has breathtakingly (yes that's a word now) beautiful art with deep meaning, I simply can't get enough of it

not really one person, but every time someone decides to watch me makes my day and every single fav and comment is important (so thank you, and stay awesome)
What are your preferred tools to create art?
my trusty Intuos and Paint Tool Sai, or in traditional the February-Christmas pencils, ink, cheap watercolours and ball-point pens
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
my room is the best place for me (especially so because the laptop and the tablet are not moving anywhere
) or in the arms of Mother Nature (preferably in the shadows of a forest)What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
